Airbrushing Money??? Rice Paper tutorial ??

Um... isn't that pretty much the same as using a vinyl wrap? Or sticker? Does it make it better that it's paper?

I was going to try this and went to AC Moore and asked for rice paper. I think i got the wrong stuff. this kinda seems more almost like a thin stencil blank? it is reg paper size. tried printing on it and it seems like the ink wants to sit on top . i kinda figured it would be more paper material. it was in the scrapebooking area they had it in a bunch of colors. any ideas? thanks
